This is the costume I made for halloween. The fleshy part of it was made from expanding foam, painted in a flesh colour. I hollowed some of the areas and sprayed them black to make the mouth and wounds. The teeth are are made form green-stuff painted white. The blood is Games Workshop's "Blood for the blood god" paint - I used two entire pots of it, but I think it was worth it.
